I am living here since 2009

OR

I have been living here since 2009

Answer: I have been living here since 2009

Let’s understand the rule:

When the action started in the past and is still continuing in the present, use the present perfect continuous tense.

The structure will be: Subject + have/has + been + verb-ing.

For example: She have been living here since 2009.

Tips: “am living” for a temporary or current situation while as “have been living” for a action started in the past and is still continuing in the present
