Today is 14th June of 2026 and I feel the weather is very cool so I don’t feel like going outside or anywhere.
That’s why I will prepare a chickpeas. Both black chickpeas and white chickpeas

Let’s get started!

First, I will soak both black chickpeas and white chickpeas in water for 3 or 4 hours, then I will heat some cooking oil in a pressure cooker. After that, I will add the soaked chickpeas along with one teaspoon of turmeric, one teaspoon of meat masala, and one teaspoon of mint, good amount of clean water and yes cooking oil too. Now I will cook them for 1 to 2 whistles in the pressure cooker.


Once they are cooked, I will transfer them to a large bowl and drain the remaining water from the cooker. Then, I will mix in some quality salad ingredients, add salt, and squeeze 4 or 5 lemons over the mixture.

One thing, if you want more it tasty, you may add salad ingredients extra.
